Cowden came back from a goal down to snatch a late draw against table toppers Alloa. The hero on Saturday was John Dempster and he popped up again to knock the ball home from close in to get Cowden a deserved share of the points. Alloa had taken the lead through Brown Fergusons shot from the edge of the box after 54 minutes.
Alloa finished with 10 men when Scott was sent off soon after the Cowden goal.
